Permanent Dream: Remastered CHERRY RED Psychedelic buried treasure rebooted by Steve Howe. They delivered a song called Revolution a year before The Beatles, did one of the first ever John Peel sessions and were stars of the UFO Club, where they jammed with Hendrix. Vocalist Keith West went on to sing on A Teenage Opera for their producer Mark Wirtz, while drummer Twink joined The Pretty Things and Pink Fairies. And their guitarist, Steve Howe – well, yes, Prog readers may be familiar with his work. Yet some sliding doors moments – a delay in releasing their album until 1968, which meant psychedelia’s peak had passed, and being pipped by The Yardbirds for the gig in Antonioni’s Blow-Up – left Tomorrow largely consigned to yesterday.
