Acclaimed Faroese musician and throat singer Eivør releases new album The Last Kingdom – Destiny Is All on Record Store Day (April 22). The record features evocative music from and inspired by Netflix’s hit Viking series The Last Kingdom, with the avant-garde star joined by longtime collaborator, Scottish Emmy Award-winning media composer John Lunn (who’s also behind the theme for Downton Abbey), and TV composer Danny Saul. The album also includes their music for The Last Kingdom’s full-length Netflix movie offshoot, Seven Kings Must Die, out now.
