Un trabajo idéntico, titulo igual, mismo índice…. La Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) reconoció que existe un alto nivel de coincidencia entre la tesis de licenciatura de la ahora ministra Yasmín Esquivel Mossa, de 1987, y la de Edgar Ulises Báez Gutiérrez, de 1986; ambas, registradas como “Inoperancia de los Sindicatos en los Trabajadores de Confianza del Articulo 123 Apartado A”. De confirmarse que la integrante de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) plagió el trabajo, quien aspira a presidir el máximo tribunal constitucional del país podría ser sancionada, incluso, con la revocación del título profesional.
