El recurso perdido para restaurar el Centro SCOP

Para ei ingeniero Javier Jiménez Espriú, extitular de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transporte --ahora Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transporte (SICT)-–, la restauración del Centro SCOP, sede histórica de esa dependencia, es una “obligación nacional”, y dio a conocer que hubo una oportunidad para iniciar ese trabajo en el sexenio de Enrique Peña Nieto, pero el dinero jamás se usó para ello.
