EL EMBAJADOR MONROY, CABILDEO CON VIAJES Y UNA MISIÓN FALLIDA

LIMA, PER.– En plena tensión peruana entre los poderes Legislativo y Ejecutivo, Pablo Monroy Conesa, entonces embajador de México en el país andino, cabildeó ante dos congresistas locales para que el entonces presidente Pedro Castillo pudiera viajar a México a recibir la presidencia pro tempore de la Alianza del Pacífico, de manos de su par Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
