Sense of sensors

The Suzuki TL1000R I bought as a ‘doer upper’ came with a starting issue. When put into dealer mode, it shows C21 and C23 fault codes. I have replaced the tilt over and air temperature sensors but still no joy. It does try to fire. Any help with what to look at next would be great. It can be fitted in its sleeve the wrong way up so the bike now thinks its upside down and won’t let the pump prime.
