New virtual London boat show announced

Plans have been announced to hold a London boat show this January. But unlike previous events, the UK Boat Show will be held virtually. It is being organised by lifelong sailor and virtual technology expert Andy Beharrell, and Beryl Chalmers, a former general manager of the Cruising Association. “With a backdrop from the good old days of Earls Court, the virtual boat show will offer visitors the chance to visit stands, chat to exhibitors live, watch demonstrations and do virtually everything you could do at a physical show – except perhaps meet up at the Guinness stand,” said Chalmers.
