One Last Outing for the Moller Skycar

OF ALL THE FUTURE predictions that Popular Science has made, surely the least accurate has been for the ›lying car. We’ve featured ›lying cars on our cover more times than our interns were prepared to count, and yet such technology still remains out of reach of regular people. This cover feature on the infamous Moller Skycar from March 2000 was by no means the ›irst ›lying car we ever put on the cover. Indeed, the second article from this old issue (see page 76) references an earlier ›lying car story, from 1952!
