At this point in time, I’m really not sure if it counts as a flex or the precise opposite, but Elon Musk recently reposted a tweet (twix, tweet, Xeet – I give up) about an article of mine discussing iPhone spyware attacks that had been published at Forbes. Needless to say, that got me a lot of attention, both positive and negative, from the Elon followers as well as the looney tunes conspiracy brigade. There’s some overlap between the two, but that’s beside the point. The point, dear reader, is that the overwhelming majority of those emails and direct messages on X were asking about the best way to detect spyware on your iPhone and how such detection works. Oh, and with a nod in the direction of the looney…
