You’re far from alone. Between us, I’m having an NPU crisis. Since the summer, customers have been asking questions about Windows upgrades. Curiously, I’m being asked to build machines that will be compatible with Windows 12. Some customers are future-looking while others are furious-looking, unhappy at the prospect of ditching a working PC that Microsoft deems obsolete. Lesser tech journals will proclaim this is essential for technological progress, but these customers will happily tell them to shove progress where the TPM doesn’t shine.
