The answer isn’t 42 It was so sad to read Jon Honeyball having a philosophical chat with Grok 2 about the chicken and the road (see issue 362, p111). Jon is usually really good at pointing out the errors but he missed the glaring one in this response to his question. Particularly sad as X’s owner Elon Musk is a fan of H2G2, and put a copy of the book in the glove box and Don’t Panic on the dashboard of the Tesla roadster car he launched into space in 2018.
