A great mono laser if you churn out text, but it’s let down by poor graphical prints

Brother’s HL-L2865DW is an entry-level option, but it still offers a few useful features, including wired and wireless networking, as well as automatic duplex printing as standard. This printer has a 250-sheet paper cassette, with a single-sheet bypass slot – useful if you want to start a job on headed paper. There’s also a basic mono LCD screen, which makes it fiddly – but not unreasonably so – to enter a Wi-Fi password manually.
