PRICE £275 (£330 inc VAT) from printerbase.co.uk Kyocera’s Ecosys PA4000wx is primarily aimed at small workgroups and offices rather than home users, but it’s compact enough to fit in most home and micro business scenarios. It’s a single-function mono laser printer with high specifications, not least of which is a claimed 40ppm engine speed. As you can probably guess, the “W” in this printer’s name confirms it has wireless networking. It supports standards up to 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5), which should ensure fast and robust connections, but you can use the gigabit Ethernet port if you prefer.
