Based on the same RP2350 chipset, Pimoroni’s Pico Plus 2 W replicates everything that’s good about the official board, while adding extra resources and capabilities for even more versatility. The first change you might spot is that the main SoC is much larger than the one on the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W. In place of the basic RP2350A chip, Pimoroni has used the RP2350B, which has the same twin-architecture design (dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores plus a pair of RISC-V cores) but supports 48 GPIO pins versus the 30 of the standard version.
