PRICE £191 (£230 inc VAT) from consumer.huawei.com/uk Huawei’s latest mainstream smartwatch comes in 41mm and 46mm sizes, both of which are cheaper than their counterparts from Apple, Google and Samsung. First impressions are fantastic: the stainless-steel case looks less like a modern smartwatch and more like something a stylish grandparent might have worn. On the right-hand side you’ll find the crown and the secondary function button; these are set well apart from each other to avoid any accidental operation, and the angled positioning of the crown keeps it neatly out of the way. In practice, I rarely reached for either of the physical controls: the touchscreen works so well, and the interface so intuitively designed, that they’re hardly necessary.
