Not the best screen, but if Acer can get the price right on release then it has a Copilot+ PC hit on its hands

Nor has it confirmed a price, so for now I’m using the “from $699” quoted at its CES launch (tinyurl.com/367aspire). Normally, these convert dollar for pound, raising the possibility of a laptop with a Core Ultra 5 226V processor and 16GB of RAM for £699. I suspect it will be more, but even at £750, say, that would be a steal. My test sample included a Core Ultra 7 258V with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, which is probably the top specification.
