Acer Swift 14 AI (Snapdragon)

A perfectly respectable Copilot+ PC, but it needs more class to stand out at this price

SCORE PRICE £1,000 (£1,200 inc VAT) from store.acer.com You could be forgiven for thinking we have reviewed the Acer Swift 14 AI before, because we have: last month, in fact. But that was its Intel incarnation (see issue 366, p48), and this month it’s the turn of Qualcomm. Acer only sells one Qualcomm model, powered by the mid-range Snapdragon X Plus chip. But don’t confuse mid-range with slow, as there are ten powerful cores tucked inside; that’s why the Swift 14 AI thundered to 13,295 in Geekbench 6’s multicore benchmark, over 2,000 more than the Core Ultra 7 258V in the Intel version we tested last month.
