The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County in Lake Worth Beach will complement the season’s holiday feasts with two feasts for the eyes this month: “Contemporary Art of the Latin American Diaspora,” on view to January 14, and “David Rubinson,” on view December 9 to January 21. The Cultural Council’s celebration of Latin heritage has taken over the Main Gallery, with works by 24 Palm Beach County artists of Latin and Hispanic descent bringing life to the space. Curated by Juliana Forero, founder and art director for Nomad Art Projects, the exhibition features creations across mediums that express each artist’s unique heritage and diasporic journey. Tours for this showcase are available in Spanish and English. Down the hall in the Solo Gallery, kaleidoscopic works—dubbed “efflugent geometries”—by David Ellis Rubinson will engage visitors.…
