Send IT, ELR Shooting: 2 November 2024 match feedback

Send IT’s seventeenth ELR match at the Darling Steel Valley, Western Cape range was held on 2 November. The range was set from 1 258 m to 1 857 m with about 2 MOA targets at each distance, covering four courses with three targets each. At each course shooters fired two shots at Targets 1 and 2 and three on Target 3 for a total of seven shots. Each match participant shot a total of 28 shots. The range is well-known for tricky wind conditions and horseshoe topography where shooters regularly need to contend with aggressive fishtail winds. Match day was no different.
