With as many as seven years of experience, working intermittently with master gunsmith Petrus Jonker of Jonker and Sons, I witnessed both Petrus and Johannes compete in the very first PRS matches at Touws River in 2017 hosted by TacDriver. I even visited the gunsmith workshop to delve into the intricacies of rifle twist and bullet spin in long-range barrels. More recently, they actively participate in the local SAPRF 22LR club matches. I reported on their unique rail mount, the Antares Galil Mount, in Issue 15 July/Aug 2019. Throughout the years, I have observed and engaged in numerous reviews covering rifles, handguns, shotguns, and firearm accessories where Petrus Jonker formed part of the review group.
