Dancing With the Stars alum Julianne Hough has relocated to New York City ahead of her Broadway debut, leaving her longtime Hollywood Hills home available as a fully furnished rental for $40,000 a month. The 33-year-old Safe Haven actress, who finalized her divorce from ex-hockey pro Brooks Laich in February, seemed ready for a change of scenery, having bunked in the 3,000-square-foot spread since she purchased it for $2 million in 2014. Julianne worked with architect Steve Wunderlich and interior designer Jake Arnold to make the space her own. “I’m always on the go, and I travel a lot,” the pro dancer told Better Homes and Gardens in 2016. “So to balance it all, I’ve created a safe, special place where I feel like my true self.”…
