Manly back Dylan Walker is stood down until a domestic violence matter is dealt with by the courts in May; Canterbury recruit Dylan Napa is fined 10 per cent of his 2019 salary after several offensive videos were aired on social media; while North Queensland prop Scott Bolton is suspended for 10 weeks after pleading guilty to common assault, although the sentence will be reduced by half if he addresses the captains of all 16 NRL clubs during the game’s Magic Round in Brisbane in May. Cronulla are fined $750,000 for salary cap breaches over several years, not including the club’s premiership-winning year of 2016.…
