BRONCOS 36, TIGERS 0 CHAOTIC TIGERS CAUGHT IN BRONCO STAMPEDE AMID ongoing upheaval, the departure of five-eighth Mitch Moses to Parramatta and the late withdrawal of Luke Brooks to a hamstring injury, Wests Tigers didn’t stand much of a chance against a well-oiled Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium. In 80 minutes the Broncos offered little mercy as they ran in six tries and held their own line intact for the first time in 2017. Despite a slippery surface, the Broncos turned in a clinical performance, leading 24-0 at half-time and adding 12 more points in the second stanza. The only negative was a head injury to Andrew McCullough, who was knocked out cold as he attempted a tackle on Tigers’ interchange Kyle Lovett midway through the second half.
