AHANDBUILT CAR with a fascinating history has just arrived at the garage. I’m not sure it even has a name but it was built by sprint car engine legend Al Barnes in the family garage in Torrance, California. Barnes engine parts and engineering skills ended up in Indycar and other race machines. It was never raced but the build was witnessed by Larnelli Jones. If it had raced it would have been a winner, he thinks.
