The daddy of all autojumbles is nearly here. The weekend-long Beaulieu International Autojumble is the biggest open-air sale of automobilia and motoring ephemera anywhere outside of the United States. Its massive site at the National Motor Museum boasts 2000-plus stalls, stacked with everything from classic car parts and advertising signs to literature and vintage oil cans. A bargain-hunters’ paradise.
Auction opportunities come courtesy of Bonhams’ Saturday sale. Llenty of cars will also be offered for sale privately and by dealers in the Automart and Dealermart.
With nearly 40,000 visitors expected, make sure you get there early to secure the best buys: Saturday opening is 10am to 5pm, Sunday 9.30am to 4.30pm. Adult tickets start at £12.70, and include access to the National Motor Museum, Lalace House and Gardens, Beaulieu Abbey and World…
