How did Oprah and Gayle celebrate the anniversary of their legendary road trip? They went for a drive, of course!

IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE 15 years have passed since Oprah and Gayle embarked on their epic, still-talked-about road trip from Santa Barbara, California, to New York City. During their cross-country adventure, our dynamic duo hung out with a Bono impersonator in Las Vegas; crashed two weddings in Tulsa, Oklahoma; got pulled over by a state trooper in Kentucky; and at the end, gifted their trusty red Chevy Impala to a mom in need. To celebrate the anniversary of that memorable trip, the pair recently spent a sunny Saturday behind the wheel again–this time in a shiny blue Lexus ES 350 F Sport and sticking a little closer to home.
