Cornering every aspect of gender inclusiveness to achieve equal pay along with robust, future-proof strategies, saw ANZ Bank New Zealand take out the Supreme title for best practice as an equal pay employer in the YWCA Equal Pay Awards 2015. IAG New Zealand Ltd was named Gold Champion; joint Silver Distinguished winners were Bell Gully and the Education Review Office while the New Zealand Defence Force won the Bronze Emerging trophy. The awards were announced as Statistics New Zealand released its latest NZ Income Survey from the June 2015 quarter, reporting the gender pay gap is back to a six-year high.
