Personal trainer, designer and entrepreneur, Ashy Bines is a one-woman empire! The fitspirational star has found the perfect balance between work, life and exercise #goals, and that’s all the more impressive given she’s also a mum to four-year-old Taj, her son with hubby Steven Evans.
By her own admission, Ashy says a little bit of planning goes a long way. “Training is always a priority for me, so it’s all about scheduling it all in!” she says.
“My husband, Steve, also likes to stay active, so we make sure we both have the time, space and freedom to be able to train, as we know how much of a snowball effect it has on our positivity, energy and happiness.”
