As a working mum of two, Kristen Bell doesn’t have time to mess about when it comes to working on her health and fitness. The leading lady, who will be celebrating the big 4-0 in July (yep, we can’t believe it either!) has to make her workouts fit between acting jobs and raising Lincoln, seven, and Delta, five – her daughters with hubby Dax Shepard, 45.
