Last week, six months after she first publicly announced her diagnosis and said she'd be stepping down from official royal duties, Kate held a meeting at Windsor Castle with some of her Centre for Early Childhood team signalling - albeit quietly-that she's back.
But, in an even bigger indicator of what's to come, it has also emerged that Kate and William have just signed and submitted a document to the United States Patent and Trademark Office in preparation for the official launch of their Royal Foundation charity in America.

With the inclusion of "healthcare services relating to mental health" in the application, a source told us that the crossover between the Prince and Princess of Wales' Foundation and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Archewell Foundation is undeniable, and could lead to something of a Stateside turf war.
"Meghan was quite shocked when she found out that Kate and William plan to do more work in America after trademarking their foundation's brand with authorities," they told us. "Although they have made a couple of trips to the US, it's not really part of their territory and now Meghan feels they could be moving in on her turf." So while our source said Meghan, 43, feels her sister- and brother-in-law are stepping on her toes, the paper trail seems to suggest that their expansion into the States was part of the plan long before she arrived on the scene.
"Kate and William want their mental health foundation to be a worldwide brand and know they could do a lot of work in America - this is where Kate's passions lie," they claimed. "For Meghan, it just feels like another blow, as Harry is making more of a life for himself in America and attending big events without her such...
