The couple, who first met 13 years ago and got engaged during a romantic break at Disneyland Paris in 2018, are said to have called time on their relationship after hitting a rough patch over the summer.
And a source told us that the former Coronation Street star will now be throwing herself into looking after their three children – Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and 19-month-old Charlie – following the split.
“It’s heartbreaking, but Helen is looking to the future,” the source said. “Christmas with the kids is something to focus on and will be a good distraction for her. She’ll be looking for positive milestones going forward rather than dwelling on the past.”

Helen was all smiles last week when she attended the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards, where new spotted her without her engagement ring. It’s thought the actress, who is yet to break her silence on the split, removed her diamond sparkler in September.
The soap star was due to marry Bristol Rovers footballer Scott in 2024, and earlier this year revealed she’d set a date and found her dream wedding venue.
“I don’t want to give it away, but basically everybody wants this venue,” she told us at the time.
“I’m so picky.” But with her wedding plans dashed, Helen is now throwing herself into work. Shortly after attending the Pride of Britain Awards, the 32-year-old took to Instagram to share snaps of herself enjoying the Trafford Centre’s Spookfest in Manchester with her children, as well as revealing she was due to attend a work meeting in Essex.

In September, Helen also flew to South Africa for I’m A Celebrity All Stars along with former camp legends Joe Swash and Myleene Klass. It’s thought her and Scott’s relationship ended shortly after she returned.
