The TV presenter, 43, is back with a new season of The Cost Of Loving podcast, which delves into the financial red flags people often miss, with insights from Love Island couple, Jessie Wynter and Will Young, as well as from financial experts...
Hi, Anna! You've been married for almost a decade - how do you keep things fresh?
It sounds simple, but I honestly believe the most important thing is making time for each other. So many couples take their partner for granted because they're always there - sharing a home, raising kids, paying bills. But relationships thrive when both partners feel valued.
Do you have any tips for making that happen?
It doesn't have to be extravagant - sometimes going to the pub for a drink together is enough. Another small but powerful habit is asking your partner, “How was your day?” It shows you care. My husband and I try to carve out moments together, even if it's just a spontaneous Thursday lunch or a gym session. Finding those little moments where we're just two people who love each other is so important.
You have a demanding career and you are a parent. How do you manage your work/life balance?
It's about having a healthy perspective. There are tough days and that's normal. Kids are one of the biggest sources of arguments between couples, so we have to be mindful of that. The key is knowing tomorrow is a new day. If things go wrong, the best thing you can do is apologise and start afresh.

Being a mum is quite a job in itself...
Oh, motherhood is relentless. Even when you're physically away, mentally, you're always thinking about them. But seeing my children happy and thriving makes it all worth it.
Any special plans for your 10th wedding anniversary in October?
No, actually. I'm hoping my husband will pull something out of the bag. We've talked about renewing our vows, so maybe that's something we'll consider.
What's been your toughest struggle as a couple?
Probably becoming parents and figuring out our roles - who earns the money, who looks after the kids, how to balance career aspirations. It's something we still work on.
What's your funniest parenting fail?
After giving birth to my second child, my first trip to the supermarket was an utter disaster. I got out of the car with my eldest and completely forgot I had a second child. I started walking away before realising I'd left my baby in the car. Thankfully, it was only a few seconds before I turned around, but I definitely had a “mom brain” moment.
