Reality star Georgia Kousoulou has come a long way since making her debut on The Only Way Is Essex 10 years ago.
The 32-year-old is now a mum to two-year-old Brody, married to her former castmate Tommy Mallet, 31, and has just published her first book- / Wish I Knew.
It's part autobiography, part self-help guide, and Georgia talks about everything from coping with her parents' divorce and surgery, to ending toxic friendships and the difficult newborn baby days.
She also opens up about her devastating baby loss last year, when she was forced to end a much-wanted pregnancy due to life-threatening complications.
Here, Georgia tells new why becoming an author is one of her proudest achievements yet.
Hi, Georgia! Congratulations on getting married. Do you feel any different now?! Actually, I do. Not loads different, but I think we feel a bit more connected, and it's really nice.

As a family unit, we're closer. But I haven't changed my name yet actually, but when I do, it'll be nice to all have the same name. We're having our Spanish wedding next year and I'm really excited. I need to get planning soon! Ooh! Can you tell us what you've organised so far? We've booked the venue and I've asked the bridesmaids - that's it.
I haven't got a dress but I'm going to get one made. I know exactly what I want so it's best that way.
Brody is two now. Are the twos as terrible as people say? He's actually a dream child. I'm so lucky and blessed. He's the love of my life, and has the sweetest soul. He's really empathetic so he just feels things, and now he's at nursery he's loving life with all his friends.
Do you want more children? Yes! I'd still love to have another baby before our Spanish wedding, but what I'm not doing is the whole 'trying' thing. I fell pregnant very, very quickly the first two times, then after what happened [her baby loss], my body was all out of sync and the more I worried about it the worse it got.
So, now I'm just praying, hoping, and wishing - I'm not buying the [ovulation] sticks or anything, it's too much.

How do you deal with all the opinions on social media? If I believe in something, I'm really confident in it and people don't seem to jump in. But the mum space, especially on Instagram, can be full of the "this is the only way to do things" attitude, but
I don't believe that. Not every baby is the same, and if you see 100 kids, you can't tell which ones were breastfed and which ones were bottle fed, or what age they went on the potty, so it doesn't really matter, does it? Congratulations on the book.
How do you feel about being a published author? It's crazy saying that out loud.
