Billi Mucklow hasn't had the easiest six months following her split from husband Andy Carroll, after 11 years together.
The footballer announced they had begun divorce proceedings back in September and went public with his new girlfriend Lou Teasdale shortly after. This left the former TOWIE star, 37, navigating how to move on and co-parent their three children.
But now, a source tells new that Billi is back with a vengeance as she is feeling more confident than ever. And after sharing a gorgeous snap on Instagram last week, it's clear she certainly looks the part, too.

"Billi has never felt better," our source said. "She feels free and she's loving her independence. She has been working really hard at the gym and is the fittest she's ever been." The mum-of-three took to Instagram to share a stunning selfie, which had fans swooning over her "revenge body". Showing off her svelte physique in a figure-hugging black catsuit as she headed off for a night out, Billi was clearly glowing. One fan said, "Owning the breakup! Xxx revenge body," while another wrote, "Revenge body at its best! Show him what he's lost!" Billi was in a relationship with former England forward Andy, 36, for more than a decade, before tying the knot in 2022.
They share children Arlo, nine, Wolf, seven, and Marvel Mae, four, while Billi is also a stepmom to Andy's two eldest children, Emilierose, 15, and Lucas, 13, from his previous relationship.
Sadly, their marriage only lasted two years and Andy announced their break-up with a statement saying, "Billi and I have privately separated earlier this year and we are under way with our divorce proceedings.

The pair have been posting loved-up snaps on social media, and were spotted on a sunny break to Majorca shortly after their relationship was revealed, to celebrate Lou's 41st birthday.
The new couple recently spent their first Christmas together, too, and they haven't been shy when it comes to sharing their romance. Following Andy and Lou's public displays, Billi has unfollowed her estranged husband on Instagram.
