When the mum-of-five posted a video of herself dressed in a tight-fitting tracksuit last week, the clip was quickly flooded with comments from worried fans saying the 46-year-old looked "frail" and urging her to take care of her health.
But the former glamour model, who said last week that she'd "lost loads and loads of weight", appears determined to get back on the surgeon's table, despite her family also having concerns, a source tells new.
"Her friends and family are worried about her as she has lost a lot of weight very quickly, and she wants to go back under the knife for more work," the source claimed.

"She wants to have her ears corrected and her bum lifted with filler, but people who care , about her are worried that she's not healthy or strong enough to be going on an operating table." Katie - who is mum to Harvey, 22, Junior, 19, Princess, 17, Jett, 11, and 10-year-old Bunny also debuted her freshly filled 'butterfly' lips.
Teasing what else is to come, she said, "Where I've lost loads and loads of weight, my a**e is now saggy. So no, I've got to have my bum filler done here. I can't wait." However, on another video featuring Katie modelling a plum-coloured co-ord from her JYY London range, a number of fans expressed concern over her shrinking size, with many saying she no longer looked healthy.
"Looking frail," one person wrote, while another said, "Katie we love you, please stay healthy." Concerned followers asked those close to her to step in, with one writing, "Who is looking after her? This needs flagging up before it goes too far," and another saying, "Katie looks very unwell, someone needs to step in and help her. She won't see this happening but others can help." Our source said that those who care about Katie are also questioning whether now is the right time for her to have more surgery, irrespective of her recent weight loss.
The source cited the split with fiancé Carl Woods, who features in her new IVF documentary Katie Price: Making Babies - on Channel 4 this week, as being just one of Katie's reasons for her recent worries.
"She's been under a lot of stress over the last few years with her break-up from Carl, her bankruptcy and the driving convictions, so it's understandable that people are urging her not to do anything drastic," the source claimed.

"Even if she's healthy physically, it's really important that she's healthy mentally, too." Chatting to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It's Right podcast last summer, Katie admitted she thought she had body dysmorphia a mental health condition where a person spends a lot o...
