Le 9 janvier 2023 a vu la réouverture, après deux années de restauration, du musée d’Histoire locale de la ville impériale de Rueil-Malmaison, sous la direction de David Chanteranne. Les visiteurs peuvent y redécouvrir à travers une nouvelle muséographie le passé de la ville gardienne de la mémoire de l’Empereur et de sa chère Joséphine.
