Drawing on both his professional training and Italian background, Naples caterer Patrick McGrath Beraduce matches his customers with meals that are creative, healthy, and fun. “My mother was an entrepreneur,” says the chef, “so I was always in the kitchen with my grandmother when I was growing up. She was from the Campobasso region of Italy and taught me both traditional recipes and family secrets.”
He founded the company Quality Thyme Meals last year during the pandemic in response to customers who were seeking a private, in-home dining experience. In addition to providing tasting menus for families and groups, he works with businesses, schools, and specialty purveyors, such as the Southwest Florida Picnic Co.
