Newly launched Campagna Catering by Chef Vincenzo offers the opportunity to have Vincenzo Betulia and his team personally cook for clients in their homes or other venues. “We have been fortunate to receive unprecedented demand for catering from our restaurants,” Betulia says, “and the new venture is a natural evolution of the Campagna Hospitality Group.” Shane Rossbach, former executive sous chef of The French, has been appointed executive chef of Campagna Catering, while Betulia will personally oversee catered events.
