What influenced you to become a designer? Since I was a little girl, I was influenced by my mom’s fabrics from her interior design projects, pieces of arts, the beauty of color, Colombian biodiversity, traveling, and discovering the diverse strong women from around the globe. I have always been very visually sensitive, and I knew that through fashion design I was going to be able to express that exuberance that filled my soul, to mix different cultures, and to share their magic and the Latin flair with women around the world. Your designs go beyond fashion. Describe your 360-degree approach when creating a collection. I design with heart, and my clothes are born with purpose… In the creative process, I always start with color. Then comes the mood and inspiration.…
