There is almost nothing as glorious as a sunrise. What an invitation to relax on the sand as the sky lights up at the horizon. And it all happens in an instant. When I leave for work early, sometimes I just have to pull over to enjoy it. Time stops in the stillness, and my worries melt away. Then, I’m off again, completely restored. While so many of us move from one busy week to the next, living surrounded by such a wealth of nature offers a rich opportunity to stay grounded and in the present.
