Every design choice in this fully renovated condo on Gulf Shore Boulevard is based on the view—that of the Gulf of Mexico. By day, it’s all blue sky, sunlight, and aquamarine waters. With the setting sun, myriad orange hues filter through before a curtain of navy sweeps across the stage.
The Lucerne, located on the bayside in the Moorings neighborhood, is a six-story building of 24 residences that was completed in 1984.
