If ever I have driven a car that fits my needs to a "T," it is the Saab 900 Turbo. Fast, agile, good looking (yes, I said good looking), efficient, safe, dependable and, above all, infinitely practical-it's a vehicle that I can really be me in. Finding such a car is no small problem for the driving enthusiast who has evolved from his adventurous, irresponsible youth to take his place in the dominant society (read middle-class suburban family man). His automotive wants and needs become increasingly at odds with each other as the harsh voice of conscience keeps reminding him that the exciting machines of his yesteryear just won't do for his current situation.
