GET BACK ON YOUR HORSE I hit the ground hard, and it knocked the wind out of me. I heard my father say, “Come on, get back on your horse.” His belief was that you couldn’t let the horse think that it had won. But I was fine with losing to the horse and never having to get back on again. Luckily, that doesn’t apply to motorcycles. Maybe you’ve crashed your bike and have had issues getting back on. At my riding school, we meet customers who really want to continue riding after a crash, but struggle to do so.
