1 CURATE YOUR FEED
Treat your social-media feed as if it is your own personal magazine or newspaper. Scrolling through should be a purely enjoyable experience, so curate it so this is always the case by having a social-media spring clean. This might mean unfollowing certain people whose content doesn’t inspire you or that you find makes you feel unhappy. Don’t feel bad for removing people – they won’t notice, and your needs come first.
2 SET A SCHEDULE
As with everything in life, balance is important with social media. Where possible, set aside specific time to use it, perhaps when your baby is having a nap or you’re having your morning coffee. Turning off notifications in your settings can help, too, as this will mean that it’s your choice…
