WATER RACE For an easy beach relay for toddlers, have your little one scoop up sea water in a plastic cup then run to empty it into a nearby bucket, until it’s full. If your child thrives on competition, have someone race against him. FEEL-Y GOOD! Gather a variety of objects from around the beach with your bub, then sit together and spend some time touching and feeling each of them with him, pointing out differences for each one. This will help to develop his sense of discovery, and introduce him to new textures. SAND BOWLING Toddlers love knocking things down, and the beach is the ideal place to encourage this. For two activities in one, build a collection of simple sandcastles, then take a beach ball or tennis ball…
