PREP: 35 MINUTES COOK: 25 MINUTES SERVES: 2-4 Serve salted chocolate sauce or cardamom yogurt with light-as-air pears for a dreamy pudding INGREDIENTS FOR THE PEARS 2 ripe pears2 tbsp softened salted butter1 tsp brown sugar, plus extra for sprinkling1 cardamom pod FOR THE SALTED CHOCOLATE SAUCE 5 tbsp cocoa powder10 tbsp caster sugarsea salt FOR THE CARDAMOM GREEK YOGURT 2 cardamom pods8 tbsp Greek yogurt1-2 tsp icing sugar 1 Heat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C/350°F/ Gas Mark 4. 2 Mix 2 tbsp softened salted butter with 1 tsp brown sugar and finely crushed seeds from a small cardamom pod. 3 Halve and core 2 ripe pears and fill the holes with the spiced butter.
