MATERIALS Old or second-hand plain jumper Embroidery hoop HemLine Beading needles Scissors Thread Bondaweb Beads (we gathered a variety of shapes, sizes and colours) Any other interesting materials you have lying around, from old fabric and ribbon to discarded plastic – be open-minded! 1 To begin, we recommend placing your jumper in an embroidery hoop – this isn’t a must but it can make it easier to sew on, especially when you’re working with beads and embellishments. Thread a beading needle and create a knot at the end of the thread. Stitch from the inside of the jumper and pull through until you reach the knot, create a few more stitches if you would like it to be more secure. 2 Use your thread and needle to create different beaded surfaces.
