WHO Annelie Strand WHERE Nyköping, Sweden Health and social worker Annelie Strand shares her wooden, one-storey, 1970s house in Sweden with husband Reidar, daughter Annamaja and their cat, Sune. The family have made this a warm and welcoming home, with elements of Annelie’s craft business, Annelies Konst & Hantverk (Annelie’s Art and Handicraft), proudly on display in every room. “Yarn craft and painting allow me to unwind and give me strength and energy,” she says of her creative sideline. “I have been interested in crafts since childhood. The women in my family were all very fond of knitting and crocheting.
