The summer holidays usually mean at least a few weekends spent camping in the great outdoors. We only started going camping after my daughter was born, but once I became interested in the idea, there was no stopping me from accessorising our camping kit! For our first trip, I made bunting out of scrap fabric and a colourful patchwork blanket made out of large squares of fabric, with a laminated cotton backing. I also took some cushions, crockery, fairy lights and blankets to make our tent look prettier, with just a few grumbles from my husband about the amount of stuff that had to be squeezed into the car.
