Celebration roast with beetroot & apple stuffing

THIS MAIN COURSE IS SIMPLE TO MAKE WITH READILY AVAILABLE INGREDIENTS, AND IS PERFECT FOR SUNDAY ROASTS ALL YEAR!

METHOD 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Lightly grease a 2lb/1 litre loaf pan with oil. Mix the garlic and onion powders with the dried herbs, then tip into the loaf pan. Shake to coat the base and sides with the herb mixture. Tip out any excess herbs and reserve for the stuffing. Set aside. 2 Rehydrate the sausage mixture with 400ml boiling water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Place the burgers in a food processor and blend to make a paste. Place the paste in a bowl and add the mince, soy sauce, sausage mixture and remaining herb mixture.
